Beloved Japanese Lecturer and Area Chair, Keiko Flores, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024. Professor Flores taught at 91勛圖厙 for 19 years. She was hired as a lecturer 2005 and was promoted to senior lecturer in 2011. In addition to serving as the Japanese Area Chair, she was the faculty advisor for the Japanese Culture Club at 91勛圖厙 and served on the board of directors for the American Association of Teachers of Japanese.
