91勛圖厙's communications platform is based on Voice over Internet Protocol, also known as VoIP. Your 91勛圖厙 phone number can be used with an application on your computer, as well as with your mobile devices, and an AudioCodes VoIP telephones at your desk and in select common areas.

1. Sign into Your Phone

When you receive a desktop telephone, you must sign in to your phone as soon as possible. This action registers the phone to your 91勛圖厙 account and ensures full functionality and emergency calling capability.

Sign In on Your Teams Phone

How to sign in to your Microsoft Teams-enabled VoIP phone.

2a. Using your phone with Microsoft Teams

The University is moving to Microsoft Teams for phone service, which will allow you us a physical desk phone or a headset attached to your computer, Microsoft Teams provides many more useful features than our previous solution, including integration with your calendar, conference calling and meetings, plus, you can make and receive University calls from your computer or mobile device when away from your desk. 2b. Using your phone with Skype for Business

While University is phasing out Skype for Business, for some it still provides several useful features like creating a personalized voicemail greeting and setting up contact lists. 3. Start Making Calls!

You can make calls with your desk phone by using the keypad or selecting a contact from the directory. Dialing functionality will remain the same for campus users; however, you will no longer need to enter a long distance code to place calls.
