Paul Crandall Johnson is an experienced professional with over 35 years of ability in data analysis, research, technology, curriculum development, and corporate administration. He holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Biology from University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), alongside a Texas Teacher Certification in Secondary Math.

Throughout his career, Paul has held impactful roles, including Administrator for PEIMS, Interim Administrator for Food Nutrition Services, and Project Manager. He successfully led large-scale operations, reducing operational costs in Food Nutrition Services from $42 million to $38 million, while increasing reserves from $8 million to $10 million. Paul also assisted the in creating an alternative school for at-risk students and introduced a "just-in-time" warehouse inventory system that saved over $500,000.

In addition, Paul served as an adjunct instructor at UTRGV, teaching across multiple departments. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is highly proficient with a wide range of software tools that have supported his career. Currently, Paul is the Data Reporting Analyst for College Access Programs at Southern Methodist University.

Paul enjoys time with wife, kids, “puppy,” travel, and being active in his faith. During COVID, Paul also developed a “knack” for baking!
