Biography

Dr. Yuruk is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Lyle. She received her Ph.D. in Applied Computing from University of Arkansas at Little Rock under the guidance of  Her dissertation title was “Structural Clustering Algorithms for Networks,” which yielded several publications in top-tier conferences and journals, including ACM-KDD. Before joining 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, she was a faculty member in Computer Science department at The University of Texas at Dallas.

Dr. Yuruk is known for her engaging and innovative teaching methods, which blend theory with hands-on application, empowering students to grasp complex concepts and apply them to real-world challenges.
